Step in to Electric Bowl and you might see a traditional tenpin bowling centre. But you might be surprised to find that there’s a lot more going on here than meets the eye. Take a trip through the venue and you’ll find not only 10 bowling lanes, but also 18 full sized Snooker tables, 8 American Pool tables, and 3 English Pool tables. With 3 bars and kitchens serving great food and drinks all day you don’t need to look any further than a day out at Electric Bowl to keep the whole family happy.

Opened in 2005, Electric Bowl is the expansion of Halifax Snooker Club into a family-friendly venue where there’s something for everyone, all under one roof.

Owned and run by 4 Halifax-based brothers, the sons of a Greek-Cypriot immigrant who settled here in the fifties, Paul, Michael, George and Tony Ioannou, in true Cypriot fashion, get the utmost enjoyment from seeing families and friends sharing laughter, food and drinks in a warm and welcoming environment. We hope we’ve succeeded.
